Outside
on the development there is a large swimming pool with
gardens, a paved central walkway with benches to the
promenade along the Mar Menor, just right to stroll
in the evening sunshine towards the Thomas Maestre Marina
for your evening meal or drinks. There you will find
a multitude of bars cafes and restaurants with varied
menus.

As
well as the stunning interior, outside the apartment
also boasts some of the most breath-taking views.
The
promenade looks out onto the bright, blue seas
that are overseen with clear blue skies - which
is great to walk along during the day to relax
or at night just to unwind.
The
surrounding area has beautifully landscaped
gardens with fountains, palm trees and paved
promenades.

If
you prefer to swim in the sea you have a choice of two
both within two minutes walk of the apartment. The Mar
Menor which is smooth, gentle and warm, or the Mediterranean
which has superb white beaches and a cool breeze for
when it gets too hot.
There
is a supermarket, bank and chemist within four minutes
walk or there is a bus service which takes you up and
down the “strip” where you can enjoy more
shops restaurants, cafes and bars.
